Interactive Ideas, Inc. (here-in-after IAIDEAS) and its subsidiaries and websites respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy.

Privacy Policy – Short Version

IAIDEAS will never sell, rent, lease or otherwise monetize your personal information. IAIDEAS will never sell, rent, lease or otherwise monetize your customer data. We will not violate the trust of our customers. For further details, please read on.

IAIDEAS is committed to respecting your privacy and taking all reasonable efforts to protect your information. Please take the time to review this notice and check back as we reserve the right to update it from time to time. Any future changes made will still adhere to our fundamental policy to never use, sell, rent or otherwise disclose any of the information used by IAIDEAS customers.

What data we collect and why:

Upon sign up with IAIDEAS, we capture your credit card and billing information so you may subscribe to our service. At sign up you also create your own log in id and password. IAIDEAS discourages the sharing of your login id and password with anyone. You are responsible for the safety and security of your login id and password.

Any customer information you upload into IAIDEAS in the form of loan modification customers, mortgage leads, contact information, financial information, or files remains your sole and exclusive property.

How we keep your information secure:

IAIDEAS uses reasonable efforts to protect your information including a secure, encrypted connection (called an SSL connection) on all pages where you access your account data. Whenever you access any of your account pages or change any of your user information, it is done over an SSL connection for your protection.

In addition, your data is protected at our secure data centers. The data centers are staffed 24x7. Your data is backed up regularly and a copy of the backups are then moved off-site for redundant protection.

Billing:

When you subscribe to Captaloans or any IAIDEAS service plan requiring a fee, we require that you provide your billing address and your credit card information, including credit card number and expiration date. Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of billing you for IAIDEAS services. Credit card and purchase order information is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments.

Your Captaloans service is billed to an account. IAIDEAS recognizes the owner of the credit card account as the owner of your data. The account owner is responsible for payment and can transfer ownership of your data. Account owners and administrators should keep in mind that if they grant another individual full administrative rights to their account, that person will have access to the account's billing information.

You have control over who has access to your data. When you first create an account, only you have access. At your discretion, you may choose to allow others access to your data. You decide who gets access and at what level (view, modify and/or create).

Who sees your personal information:

Our employees will not have access to your credit card information or customer data. Only those administrators with managerial oversight would ever have access to your personal information defined as Name, Billing Address, Login ID and Password. This is only needed and accessed to provide customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Customer Information:

You may choose to upload customer data into our systems. Any customer data that you enter into the system is considered your property. IAIDEAS will never sell, rent, lease or otherwise monetize your customer data.

Enabling Customer Status:

You may have the option to allow the borrower, your customers or other individuals the ability to access loan status information and/or download documents. By enabling this feature you are allowing 3 rd party individuals the ability to potentially view sensitive customer or mortgage information or download documents. Use of this feature is at your own risk and should be handled carefully. You assume all responsibility for your customers and the data you make available with this feature.

Advertisers and 3 rd party links.

IAIDEAS contains links to various other sites. Each of these sites has a privacy policy that may differ from that of IAIDEAS. The privacy practices of other websites linked to IAIDEAS are not covered by this privacy policy. IAIDEAS will not disclose any of your personal or customer information to any third party unless expressly required by law. Links to third-party web sites on IAIDEAS sites are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the IAIDEAS site. IAIDEAS has not reviewed all of these third-party sites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites, their content or their privacy policies. Thus, IAIDEAS does not endorse or make any representations about them or any information, software or other products or materials found there or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to this site you do so entirely at your own risk.

Cookies and how are they used:

Cookies are small text files that a web site can write to your computer. We may use cookies to identify you and allow you to log in to IAIDEAS or to allow your customers or third party's to gain access to the Customer Status Page. IAIDEAS requires its Account Holders to have cookies enabled in order to use the Service.

Email:

Periodically we may send you emails on new features or special offers with Captaloans. You will be given the choice to unsubscribe from Captaloans mailings. Choice of subscription to the Service is yours at all times, and you are free to remove yourself as an Account Holder at Captaloans at any time. Simply follow the directions in any of our emails. As an Account Holder you will always receive any system-wide notices regarding scheduling of maintenance that may or may not result in the service being temporarily unavailable.

Backups and how you can retrieve your data:

Our databases are backed up regularly and then data backups are moved offsite for another level of redundant protection. In addition, you can also access and export your data into a csv file at any time by using the EXPORT features.

Terminating your account:

If you choose to close your account we provide you tools to easily export your customer data so you can take it with you. After termination all of your customer data will be purged from our database.
